Are you having issues with our loader?

These are the most common ways to resolve issues with our loader:

1. Install required runtimes:
• Visual C++ Redistributable
• DirectX End-User Runtime
2. Delete our loader from your PC:
1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Type %temp% and press enter to open your temp folder.
3. Delete all files in said folder.
4. Restart your PC.
3. Install the latest loader from our website.
4. Run the loader and log in.

Additional fixes, if the above didn't help:

1. Locate the folder which contains VCRuntime140.dll. (The file is typically found in C:\Windows\System32\.)
2. Add the folder path to your PATH environment variable.
